A beautiful old yellow wood and stone house, Caversham Mill Manor offers acommodation of distinction. There are 3 unique private suites. Two of them are double rooms, each with bathrooms en suite, and the third is a family suite (two bedrooms with a bathroom in between). All suites, except the Family Suite, open out onto their own private garden or deck areas.
Common areas in the house include: a casual TV lounge with log fireplace; a more formal lounge also with a log fireplace; a library; and, veranda and deck areas.
- Secure parking is available for guests’ cars.
- All suites are serviced daily.
- Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, kettle and cups are set out in each suite.
The Manor opens out onto grassed lawns that lead through a wetland area down to the Lions River. By meandering along the well-maintained pathways you come to the magnificent confluence of the Lions and Impafana Rivers.
The estate is situated in the hear of the renowned Midlands Meander and guest will have close access to horse riding, golf, forest walks and trout fishing. There is a restaurant on site.
This beautiful environment is 15 minutes off the N3 highway, 1 hour from the Central or Southern Drakensberg, 4 hours from Johannesburg and just over an hour from Durban.
