General Notes
- Check in time is 14h00 and check out time is 10h00.
- Both the Bistro and the Eaves restaurants can be booked at reception at any time. We do recommend reservations.
- Child minders can be arranged for a fee of R80 per hour.
- Please note no children younger than 12 years old are permitted into The Eaves restaurant but are very welcome for all meals in The Bistro.
- Dinners in the Wine Cellar are available on a first booking first confirmation basis.
- Farmhouse bookings can be expanded to include Grocery purchases, Full Time Cleaning Attendant, Chef on Call for Full / Part Time period.
Reservation, payment and cancellation policy
- All reservations are made subject to the terms and conditions of the business
- Reservations are not secure until the full amount has been paid.
- Payment needs to be made within 24 hours of enquiry.
- Bookings cancelled 45 – 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
- Bookings cancelled 30 – 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
- Bookings cancelled 21 – 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit will be forfeited.
- Booking cancelled within 14 day of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
- Bookings will be released automatically and without notification if these conditions are not met.
